We offer exchanges only on full priced items, within 30 days of ordering your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of placing your order and the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Beach carts returned under any circumstances will incur a $50 re-boxing fee if the product is not returned in its original box and original packaging. Used beach carts will not be accepted for returns. All claims made related to shipping must be raised within 24hours of delivery to be accepted. Bohemian Bright reserves the right to decline a return it deems unreasonable.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not give refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
However if you have picked the wrong size contact us for an easy exchange!
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bohemianbright.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will be required to return with a postal service of your choice, we recommend choosing an option with tracking.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Return shipping for any reason except in the unlikely event there is deemed to be a manufacturing fault is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us hello@bohemianbright.com.au before returning your item.
You as the buyer are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and assessed you will be provided with a store credit, minus postage costs, to use within 30 days of issue.
Damages and issues
All orders are completed with the up most care and attention so that they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a fault please contact us within 7 days of receiving.
All images on our website are for illustration purposes only and actual colours may vary.
You must read and follow all directions and warnings before using our products for best results.
Please refer to the product page and product labels for all directions on caring for your items. We unfortunately do not replace an item once it has been used, worn or washed.
If your order has been damaged during transit you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving to be eligible for return, exchange or replacement. If you contact us after 24 hours of receiving your item, you will be ineligible for any compensation towards return and replacements in line with our couriers shipping insurance and all costs will become responsibility of the buyer.
Bohemian Bright is not liable for any damaged products due to incorrect use, wash, wear or incorrect set up.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased due to a manufacturing fault you may be eligible for a store credit or replacement/repair within 7 calendar days from the receipt date, after this period you will no longer be eligible to receive a store credit or exchange. The above shipping costs for returns will apply and the items must be sent back in the original box.
Please note, as mentioned in our product description, wood markings and colouring do vary on timber pieces. If you are unhappy with the timber received on your beach cart and would like an exchange, all postage costs to exchange and return are responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover return postage costs to exchange items for cosmetic issues that do not effect an items use or longevity.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pre Orders
Pre-Order expected arrival dates are estimated and may change, we will always keep you updated via email.
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances on pre ordered products, this includes but is not limited to change of mind and change of estimated dates.
SALE/ Promotional codes
All SALE items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items or gift cards, including items purchased with a promotional discount code or sold as seconds.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
