How long will it take to get my orders?

All orders are sent directly from our Gold Coast Warehouse to you. Please allow for 1-2 business days dispatch and 2-5 business days in transit Australia wide.

EXPRESS ORDERS are prioritised and sent same day on all orders before 2pm AEST for next day delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days in transit in busy periods.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship world wide. Shipping costs apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Should you have any issues with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via our contact page or in reply to your order emails and our team will happily assist.

We offer full exchanges for a store credit should you need to return your items.

All special occasion pieces will not be accepted for return after the occasion date. e.g. Christmas, Easter.
